So I am terrible at following through with New Years Resolutions. I decided if I posted them here in a public place, maybe, just maybe, it would give me a little more motivation to follow through! Obviously my last workout attempt bit the dust between sickness, the holidays, and general chaos. I do have quite a few resolutions for this year including, keep a cleaner house, be more organized with my time, keep my family blog updated, etc, but since this is a "work-out" blog I won't bore you with the rest of my life :)
Get in Shape!
- Actually follow through with my 4-week training of Jillian combined with pilates (talked about in an earlier post)
- Try out P90X this summer (while I'm on summer break from teaching)(the hubby swears by P90X)
- Plan what races I want to do this year
- Drop at least 15lbs
- Get more toned and basically just feel better about my body
